eBay has just terminated my account for no reason. When I called their customer support center (in Asia) I spoke to someone who claims they are a manager named "Carl". This person stated he reviewed my account and that there was a mistake and it will be corrected in 48 hours. I never received any word from them and I called back. Now they are stating that once they terminate it, there is nothing they can do. Carl has yet to call or email me. Apparently, he doesn't exist , yet he has an email. I just filed a complaint on the BBB website. Hopefully, I will get some response. Has this ever happened to you?
